5. Prohibited Activities

  • Engaging in fraudulent activities.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
  • Attempting unauthorized access or security breaches.

6. KYC and Verification

In compliance with RBI Master Directions, we are required to:

  • Collect and verify KYC documents.
  • Monitor transactions for suspicious activity.
  • Report certain transactions to regulatory authorities.

Failure to provide required documents may result in service denial or account suspension.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Your data is collected, stored, and processed as per our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. You consent to:

  • Verification of information.
  • Sharing data with regulators, credit bureaus, and service partners as permitted by law.

8. Communication and Notifications

You agree to receive:

  • Transaction alerts
  • Regulatory updates
  • Mandatory notifications
  • Communication regarding products or services

Communication may be sent via SMS, email, calls, or digital channels.

9. Fees and Charges

Applicable charges, interest, penalties, and service fees will be communicated in writing or through digital channels. You agree to pay all dues on or before the due date.

10. Loan Terms (If Applicable)

For customers availing financial products:

  • Loan eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms are disclosed prior to disbursement.
  • Delayed or missed payments may result in penalties.
  • The Company reserves the right to report repayment behaviour to credit bureaus.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Losses due to user negligence.
  • Unauthorized access caused by compromised credentials.
  • Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control.

12. Intellectual Property

All logos, text, software, and content belong to Vyaparavijayam Trades & Agencies. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

13. Termination of Services

The Company may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Information provided is false.
  • Terms are violated.
  • Required documents are not submitted.
  • Activities appear suspicious or non-compliant.

14. Amendment of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our official communication channels.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and applicable RBI regulations.
