Responsibilities :
· Manage large amounts of incoming/Outgoing calls.
· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
· Collect accurate, valid, and complete information from sales consultants and input in the software.
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
· Keep records of customers.
· Submit weekly/monthly report to the concern department heads.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 8,000.00 – 10,000.00 per month
Experience:
